This Privacy Policy explains how Scan2Tray ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Scan2Tray desktop app and related services.
What we collect
We collect only the information needed to run Scan2Tray for you:
- Account details — name, email, password hash.
- Whatnot seller info — username and show data you choose to connect.
- Order data — items, trays, boxes, and shipping labels you create in the app.
- Technical data — basic device, OS, and usage analytics to keep the app reliable.
- Billing data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card details.
How we use it
- To operate Scan2Tray and sync your data across your devices.
- To bill you for your subscription (via Stripe).
- To send occasional product or account emails. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails anytime.
- To improve the app — crash reports and anonymised usage.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data. Ever.
- We don't share your order data with third parties beyond what's needed to run the service (e.g. hosting, email delivery).
- We don't use your data for advertising.
Sub-processors
We use a small number of trusted sub-processors: Stripe (payments), Resend/Postmark (email), our hosting provider (app infrastructure), and Cloudflare (CDN). All are GDPR-compliant.
Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@scan2tray.com.
