These Terms govern your use of Scan2Tray. By creating an account or downloading the app, you agree to them.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
• One account per person. Teams can add multiple seats at no extra cost.
• You must be 18+ and authorised to agree to these Terms.

Subscription and billing

• Scan2Tray Pro is billed monthly, in advance, at the price shown at checkout.
• The 14-day free trial requires no payment method. We'll prompt you to subscribe when it ends.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period.
• VAT is added where required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Scan2Tray to break the law, infringe IP, or abuse the Whatnot platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

Uptime

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Scan2Tray is designed to keep working offline — your packing flow won't stop because our servers hiccup.

Your data

You own your data. We just hold it to run the service. See our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Scan2Tray is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you in-app or by email before material changes take effect.
